I used a US7 needle only for the cable cast-on, as I know my cable cast-on is a little on the tighter side. I then switched to US6.

Sophisticate is so, so lovely to knit, and it is so soft. Paired with this pattern, it’s definitely sophisticated! :) Yardage of Sophisticate is awesome. I have so much left over!

Thea’s pattern is, as always, a wonderful knit. Do make sure you check your stitches! As you go along the lace motif, you will see where your stitches go in relation to each “fan”, and you can tell at a glance if you end up being one stitch off!

The only thing I might have done differently, if anything at all, would be to knit the bottom edging (before the main lace panel) in my MC, Corduroy. But I do like how it looks anyway!
