Found out that I didn’t know how to pick up stitches …

Knit until 14 sts on each needle. Decrease every 9th row

Edge: pick up one st for each ridge and i-cored bind off with 1 stitch

I love my sewing machine but I hate to use it … Eventually I managed to sew in a zip in the back fabric, some burgundy cotton which I’d stashed forever.

A true pleasure to finally work with Noro …

Stuffed it with a round cushion from Ikea.
