Just using three colors to match with the colors in the room. I have to make about 600 hexagons. I have finished like 20 so far.
Enough to crochet, I’d say!

Update May 10, 2013
It has been quite a while and I haven’t finished it yet. I now know that I have to crochet a total of 443 whole hexagons and 14 half ones. I have finished 163 whole ones so far and 6 half ones. Still have to make some, but the beige color isn’t for sale anymore. I have to find a similar color, which is really not that easy. Boohoo!
The blanket will be 24 hexagons long and 19 hexagons wide.
Update May 22, 2013
I got an extra beige skein! whakkee was so nice to send me one. Thank you again so much! Still need more though, the blanket uses way more yarn than I had anticipated. But that is okay. I don’t mind.
I am making lots of progress nowadays. I have started 32 brown centered hexagons. Wow!
