This yarn was an impulse purchase at White Birch Fiber Arts’ mobbed booth at Stitches East. The colors reminded me of Dr. Seuss. I think they used this pattern in the booth to showcase the striping so I “borrowed” the idea.

I like the socks BUT they’re not really that stretchy because of the bias knitting. I think these will be special occasion socks, not ones I wear for everyday warmth.
