Used 3” strips of cotton fabric for the weft, the 5 dpi reed, and a floating selvedge. The 8/4 cotton was the warp (77 inches).
I wove 42” length on the loom, but when freed it contracted to 35” long, lol. Note to self about that contraction with rags: weave about 15-20% beyond your target length, lol.
