Yow, using this yarn at this tight gauge is tiring! I’ll probably need to take plenty of breaks to prevent hand fatigue.

I have mixed feelings about this pattern. Crocheting it was no biggie, but sewing it… UGH. I really disliked putting it together-- much worse than most amigurumis I’ve made. It’s all the “round” pieces. Most of the toys I’ve made come together with straight lines-- not freehand circles. Also, this one requires more decisions about where to join pieces, and it was easy (for me) to put the ears in the wrong places or debate the leg placement.

All that said, the finished product is cute, if imperfect.
I think it’ll be deemed acceptable by the intended recipient. :o)
