No I did not take me over a month to knit. I moved and really wasnt feeling the Citron vibes. I would pick it up and get sleepy 1/2 a row in. ;)
But I picked it up yesterday and finished the last 5 rows. LOL

I knited this by only knitting the 1st 16 rows in the 5th section. Then I went to the ruffle part.
In the ruffle part I did 8 rows instead of 11.
