130 co us 2 needle (2.75):
Provisional crochet cast on, 130 stitches on US size 2 needle.(2.75 mm)

BAND K15, P1, K16, fold the band, took provisional cast on and knit it together with working stitches, purl sides together, next row dec 10 sts for my size 4 needle. Decrease as followed, k2, k2tog, then k2tog every 12 sts, finish with K2:

6 KNIT ROW
