Really liked wearing my first Piper’s Journey Shawl in blue, and enjoyed knitting it, so wanted to make a larger one this time. Have 420 yards of dark green/variegated yarn in Malabrigo Rios and 2 skeins of Sublime in 75% baby cashmere merino, 20% silk and 5% cashmere in light green. Lacked about two yards of the light green Sublime to finish the edge, but bound off in the dark green Rios.

This will be a larger shawl as I used almost 400 yd. for the body, with a stitch count of 327 before starting the lace edging in light green Sublime.

Finished size 14” deep, and 54” from side to side with the ends curving upwards with that extra length not added.

Like both the yarns really well and it is a comfortable shawl in this bigger size.
