It is possible that I am insane. Knitting my dog a kerchief in fingering weight on US 1s.

Sizing down a Daybreak for my Lhasa Apso dog. I swear I’m not normally one of those people that knits for their dogs.

Being the nerd that I am, I’ve worked out all the ratios so that the mini shawl is as close to the correct scale as possible.

Mods

• working it at 9.5 stitches per inch
• downsizing all instructions to the proper ratios
• aiming for a finished size of 20” long x 6” deep

Finished Measurements

• 23.5” long x 7” deep
