I used the tiniest bit of the second skein of MC, maybe a yard or two. It could have been avoided had I used a size 2/2.75mm for the ribbing.

Have had a pompom vote with the family and the verdict is no on the basis of obscuring the beautiful giant snowflake. I do love that Kate doesn’t leave the crown decreases plain and instead makes them a work of art.
