To make the ribbing flow better into the chart I aligned the ribbing with the charts.
CO 5, (6, 7) x 19sts, depending on size.
Work rib as ( * P2, K2,* 3 times, P1, K2, P2, K2,) repeat to end.
Increase round as (P2, m1, K2, P2, m1, K2, m1, P2, m1, K2, m1, P1, m1, K2, m1, P2, m1, K2, m1,) repeat to end.
Then continue as per the pattern.

DK weight yarn. 24sts/inch in st st on 3.75mm needles
Going for largest size and 2extra repeats(7total) to make it more slouchy as others have mentioned it comes up short.

This pattern would be so much easier with a chart!
