Mainly handspun yarn from the UK Spinners scrap swap, plus 700grams (which constitutes 2 out of every 5 rows) of yarn I dyed red and purple for this project.

The initial chain provides a base 2ft long, thus the resulting blanket is 2ft longer than it is wide. I think this is a good place to start for a blanket of almost any size.
Edged with 1 round on trebles into every stitch.

Finished size is approximately 3ft6 by 5ft6.
