I am a 37” bust and was hoping for ~4” of positive ease. So, because my gauge was off, I went with a 43.5 size to get a final fit of 41” bust.

I also added a inch of length to the body (so it falls around my hips) and almost 2 inches to the arms (so they fall closer to my palm than my wrist)
