I have been granted permission by the designer to move beyond the constraints of the testknit and make this a dress if I want to.

Still not 100% sure, but leaning towards making a dress.

Looks like there will be a dress.
At 20 cm from the armhole and after exactly 3 skeins all knit up I changed needle from 3 mm to 3.25 mm.
At the stage of changing needles I checked the circumference and it was exactly as it should be: 130 cm.

There is something about the lenght and general hem area that doesn’t make me happy - rip and redo.
