Inspired by so many lovely top down sweaters I have seen here on Ravelry, I thought I’d have a go at designing one for my sister. This is a 32-34 bust and I used about 4 or 5 balls of Wool of the Andes. I love the lower body pattern and the increases, and I’m trying to decide how I feel about the garter button bands. I don’t love that the buttons stop before the “bustline” stops, even though the line falls above your actual “bust” but it helps the cardi “open” in an a-line

This was a Christmas gift and was very well received, she loved it! And my mom said it was “the prettiest thing I ever made”, although I don’t know about that!
