I wanted to make a scarf from the frogged helmet nightmare slouchy. Of course I needed to buy an extra skein of yarn for this and of course I bought two and am now left with one more ;) I think this yarn might be cursed for me. In any case, I made the scarf inspired by this post in Dutch. You basically chain the length of the scarf and then hdc in each front loop only to create a ribbed effect. I made 5 rows of these and then added, as specifically requested, ‘scraggly/ragged/frayed/tattered asymmetric fringe’.
