I loved working with this merino alpaca blend that I carded and spun so much for Morgan for DH I decided I needed a treat.

I used the pattern as a template and then used The Miss Garricks shetland pattern from Michael Pearson’s Traditional Knitting: Aran, Fair Isle and Fisher Ganseys
by Michael Pearson.

I finished today in my local knitting group and put it right on. I’ll make many variations of this style. First I need matching mittens.
