Marathon knitting at its best. The details on this cardigan are beautiful — icord belt loops, shaped raglan sleeve caps, seamed collar.

Used 10.5 skeins of Shelter.

I could have gone down a size for a better fit, but the roomy bust and sleeves give me room for layers. This will be my winter jacket (I don’t need much more here in Melbourne).

Originally made 5 button holes, but found these lovely large wooden buttons in my stash and ended up using three instead. The old button holes have been seamed — you can see the break in the English rib if you look closely.
