Start at the blue and knit to the burgundy, then attach the burgundy and knit until 150 total.

Starting cake 109 grams. 2nd cake 99 grams.

60” Addi SOS cord. Addi Turbos work better for this yarn than the Addi Naturas.

Had to convert the chart into text because I needed something more straightforward while I watched tv with my hubby.

Going much smoother now with text instructions for use with my Knit Companion iPad app now that I have a rhythm. Using fingering weight, albeit with US 4 needles per pattern for Worsted weight. Seems to feel like it’s taking forever, but I’m progressing quite nicely. I am stopping to count after each row is completed to make sure I have an even number of stitches. Also a lifeline was necessary for me. Not a boring knit and, for me, not a TV watching pattern since I had to frog many times because I messed up.

The yarn is amazingly light and stretchy. Soft, yet resilient. Nice, long color change. Looking forward to moving to the next color!

Pattern recommends Jeny’s Suprisingly Stretchy Bind Off, but I used the k2TogTBL BO instead because I like the look of it better and I think Jeny’s is a bit bulky.

A cold water and vinegar soak is recommended for the hot pink!
