The key to making these is the long tail at the end to sew up the scrubbie and not be forced to pull too tight because you ran out of yarn. I also realized I was crocheting a bit tight, so I had to loosen up. This was a very firm yarn, but I’m sure using an acrylic yarn like the author used, would make this easier on the hands.
