Turns out linen shawls are the greatest. Who knew!?

Basic triangular shawl, with 5 st border, done in all garter st.

I used a different-stitch-count version of this patterns feather and fan chart for the edging, because I wanted something that didn’t need to be pinned to look good.

I think, from looking at my short-hand excel charts, I started at a 25st repeat and did it up to 39 sts per repeat. Not a hundred percent sure, however.

I did work it out so that I have 4.5 repeats per half (so the center ….fan…. is precisely over the center spine).
