Knit pattern, with 1x1 cables every 4 rounds 3x3 cables every 8 rounds, until you have 64 rounds. Start thumb after 3 mini cables, put 21 sts on holder and continue hand to 64 rounds. 8 rounds 2x2, bind off loosely.
