Pretty sure my gauge will not match, but not swatching. Yarn is DK, using a needle size larger than the pattern. To make up for the differences, and allow for my own style, knitting the instructions for L (even though I am prob an XL). The gauge difference should make up for it, and I think I have enough yarn…

What could go wrong? =P

Sooo, what could go wrong? Well, you could knit the whole thing, wash and block it to find that it has grown SIGNIFICANTLY, and needs to be unseamed, ripped and re-knit at the next size down. :( Boo, but it truly is my own fault…and I liked knitting it, so why not knit it again? lol!

Notes:
Cast on number for large. Knit 48 rows (after garter edge) to reach desired length, decreasing as written. Then begin increases as written, and work to 40 rows. Sleeve shaping as written.

June 13, 2016 - So far, so good. Done with back, halfway to the armholes on front. I really like the gauge and drape of the fabric that I am getting, and it should fit. I am slightly concerned that I may run out of yarn, but I do have some similar yarn in the stash that I might be able to fudge in, if I need to. This is a fun knit, and I love the way the yarn is working up.

In typical Pretty fashion, I mis-read the pattern and cast off too few stitches for the armhole shaping on back. Sooooo, when I finished front, I ripped out top of back and re-knit it correctly. lol! Now, onto the sleeves!
Sleeve mod: On third decrease section, work dec row 3x, after 2 rows even. On fourth decrease section, work dec row 3x.
