So, as I stated above, I have wanted to knit these since winter 2011, and I am finally getting to it. My inspiration is 5 tiny skeins of Easter egg dyed bare yarn, dyed as a test to find the perfect color for a wedding shawl that I did not end up dyeing. =/

These tiny skeins have been hanging in my kitchen for about 16 months, begging to be knit into scarves for tiny snowmen, and I AM FINALLY GOING TO DO IT!!! =D

11.07.12 -
Wow! Super cute, first snowman done this morning before work…took about an hour, once I gathered supplies. The mini-skein I used for the scarf was laceweight (that’s right, I remember now…for a laceweight shawl…duh!), and I just knit the scarf until it was gone-ish (I left enough of a tail to stitch the scarf in place)…might be longer than 4”…but I like it

No Mods…the beginning is fiddly and tight, but the results are sooooo worth it!

I’ve finished 5, and I don’t know how many more I’m in for…I get a little obsessive sometimes…
