Notes

I am feeling the booties right now…lots of babies on the way, and knitting booties is better than being pregnant myself, so this is my contribution to the newborn community! It’s a great way to use up extra sock yarn, and I can knit a pair in an evening. :)

I think this is officially my favorite bootie pattern now! Super easy, and I have it about memorized…

Notes/Mods:
For ties (crochet): With F hook, chain 40, slip stitch to beginning. DO NOT CUT YARN, chain 40, slip stitch to beginning, cut yarn. Your tie is 80 stitches long, but the ends to weave in are in the middle, so they won’t show when you tie the bow. Make 2 ties, one for each booty (of course).
Each pair is using up ~13g…FYI.

I’ve given the first pair away already, but I am keeping the project open as I knit my little heart out on a few more pair! Fun in neutral colors…

2 pair in the gray (Stroll)
1 pair in rainbow (Felici)
1 pair in gray striped (Kroy)
1 pair in variegated browns (Plymouth Yarn Happy Feet)
1 pair in KP Hawthorne (brown/red, not pictured)

I think I’m done now…lol!
