1st of two pair of matching socks for snow shoveling this winter! The other pair will be for Snake, and then I have some of this yarn in some different colors to make a pair for Sweetie! Maybe a pair for me later? Who knows!

01-30-15: Get this, she is so fond of the knitted socks that, when I told her these might shrink in the washer, she refused them altogether. I don’t know whether to be proud or hurt…I’m claiming proud. (But I still wish she’d take them…lol!)

Notes:
Cast on 10+10, inc to 56.
Knit foot to 56 rounds, place waste yarn over 28 sts.
Work leg to 56 rounds, 2x2 10 rounds, bind off.
Afterthought heel to 8+8, kitchener.
