I’ve just finished my own version of Lanesplitter skirt, with flower bordure added across the front of the skirt.
The skirt is knitted from rainbow 100% wool and no-name yarn in navy blue, just from my stash, purchased about 20 years ago…
Very warm, vibrant colours, suitable for winter frost :)

Update: I’ve recently added some photos of the skirt.
