This is a heavily modified version of a design known as “Multnomah” by Kate Ray.
I’ve changed the pattern of the border and increased gradually the lace part with the width of the shawl.
The aqua colours in this yarn are starting from deep teal and shading through to turquoise and soft cornflower blue.
The yarn was also knitted as double - it looks like deep ocean and sparkling water in shallow places sea.
In last row of the shawl I’ve added a thin, metalic, silver thread.
