25.01.15: Started working this project again. Found my inspitation between the yarns in my knitting bag ;-)
23.04.14: The project is hibernating…
29.09.13: Started assembling my Fana Jacket.

17.01.2013: Knitting Sleeves for my Fana Jacket, dreaming away on a little blue sky. Enjoying the peaceful Mindfulness in just knitting…
29.03.12: Knitting my Fana jacket is progressing nicely and pleasant, and my heart gets warm every time I look into my knitting basket, at this great knitting project. I already know that I will be sooo happy with this jacket when it is finished.
06.03.12: The challenge of knitting the sleeves, is on. I’m struggling with a pattern that doesn’t work very well for me. So I pretty much have to make the best of it along the way..
29.02.12: I’ve started knitting the sleeves, to get some relief from endless “krossrender” on the jacket body. I have decided not to knit rib band, but a stabilization in front of the first pattern board, that when installed will be folded up and sewn in place. Pattern at the bottom of the sleeve consists of Krunerand, Katta-potar-table and a reverse Krunerand. Then follows krossrender till the top of the sleeve.
27.02.12: Still knitting “krossrender”. Have begun to plan the pattern for the sleeves.
11.02.12: I’ve started knitting “Krossrender”.
09.02.12: Now both the first pattern board – Rutaborden/ Route panel (6 cm wide), and the “Krunerand”is finished. I haven’t knitted a rib on this jacket, but opted for a stabilizing edge of the first pattern board that when installed will be folded up and sewn in place.
30.01.12: Ye-ii, I’ve started knitting my Fana Kofte (jacket). Yarn and color scheme is finally decided – I was able to make a choice, even though I was terribly insecure in advance. At Husfliden Moss I got very good help and I decided to go for Rauma Finull in dark gray and light gray color mix. Circular Needles US 2 1/2.
