I’m making a pair of wristwarmers for my sister. (Sshh - please don’t tell her. It’s a surprize for her birthday).. The pattern is improvised, but I have let my self inspire by some of my favourite lace and knitting designers. The Norweigan Designer Solveig Hisdal’s designs is an overall inspiration for me. The choise of leaves in my design here, and edging are inspired by Evelyn A. Clark’s fabulous lace designs. Inspiration for placing the leaf on the wristwarmer I found in one of Diana Foss’s designs.
