I had a couple of partial skeins of Noro Taiyo sitting around after completing other projects, when this pattern popped up under “Hot Right Now”. So I downloaded the free version. Now I’m going to have to find me a toddler to put this on.

The pattern includes short rows in the back at the beginning of the stockinette section, apparently to raise the back neckline a bit for a better fit.

Yoke:
Marker instructions are a little fuzzy. On purl rows, knit the stitch before the marker. You only have to shift the marker every other row.

I ended up with 88 st at the neckline instead of 90.
27+16+29+16 st between the stitch markers.

Final note:
I suppose this could easily be converted to be completely top-down, to avoid the cast-on row in the mid-chest, and to avoid interrupting the stripe sequence.
