This is for a friend who is having a baby boy soon, and his nursery is a green and gray elephant theme. I decided to leave off the arms, and add a picot border to the blankie portion. The pattern was well-written and easy to follow. I am a pretty tight crocheter, so I used a G hook for the ami portions, and an I hook for the blankie portion, so that it was a nice, slightly larger cuddly size. CSS is always my go-to yarn for amigurumi, because it’s soft and easily washable.
