I made eyes and L logo with yarn.

For eyes, I made 8 chains with white, 1sc to end. F/O with 10 inches of yarn left.

After, with blue yarn, I made 1 ch. 1 slip stich on every inner stitch. F/O with 5-10 inches of yarn left.

Then I made 3 black sc inside. F/O with 5-10 inches of yarn left.

I hide the white I saw in the middle through the black with the black yarn and I secure the yarn and cut. Then, I roll around every blue stitch with the blue yarn (and I cut the yarn after secure). I sew the eye on the Luigi and roll the yarn around every stitches to enlarge the white part of eyes and I made a stitch in the eyes to have the white dot.

For the L, I made 3 chains, then in the third chain, I take the back loop and made 2 more chains (to make an angle). F/0 with a 5-6 inches of yarn left. Then I sew it on the hat and try to make the L form.

Button are real buttons. My son is older enough to not swallow it (he’s 9).

Pour les yeux, j’ai monté 8 chainettes et j’ai fermé avec une ms. On a un cercle. J’ai coupé mon fil en laissant une bonne longueur.

Puis avec le bleu, j’ai fait 1 ch coulée en piquant dans la maille suivante intérieure du cercle blanc dans chaque chainette de blanc (donc, j’ai une partie de la chainette blanche qui est visible et l’autre qui est sous le bleu). J’ai coupé mon fil en laissant une bonne longueur.

Puis, j’ai fait la même chose avec le noir en piquant vers l’intérieur. J’ai ensuite passé le fil noir à travers le noir pour cacher si on voyait du blanc. J’ai pris mes longueurs de bleu et j’ai tourné autour de chaque chainette bleue pour épaissir la ligne de bleu. Et j’ai cousu le blanc en tournant aussi autour du blanc pour élargir le blanc, sans oublier le point blanc dans l’oeil.

Les boutons sont des vrais boutons, étant donné que mon fils est assez vieux pour ne pas les avaler. (il a tout de même 9 ans).
