Notes

Sample for Swans. Not my personal style for wearing (I would go batty trying to keep my underthings from showing!), but it’s very soft and cozy. This would be a great post-workout sweater.

6.8.2014: swatching. First swatch on 7s grew a LOT after a light blocking (spritzed until damp then left to dry), so knitting on sz 5 instead.

6.12.2014: sleeve 1 done.

6:15.2014: sleeve 2 done.

6:16.2014: aaaand now that I’m starting the body, I realized that I somehow missed that the rib pattern is a 2-round repeat. Meaning I never did the second rounds on both sleeves. Will have to redo them both. ARGH! Going to knit more of the body first. I haven’t made a mistake this dumb in many years… .

6.18.2014: for some reason gauge not working out on body. Ripping back and redoing on the original 7s. I think my brain was on vacation last week!

6.22.2014: body done up to armholes. Starting once again on sleeve #1.

6.26.2014: sleeve 1 attached to body. Starting sleeve #2.

6.30.2014: sleeve 2 joined to body.

7.03.2014: bound off and ends woven in.
