Making an extra thick, larger pair of booties by following the pattern as written but using a strand of baby yarn and a strand of worsted held together with a bigger needle. It’s making a nice squishy fabric. :)

12-28-2012 Done but for sewing up. I did 20 rows of k2p2 for the cuff so it was nice and tall and warm.

12-30-12 Finished sewing these today and got the ribbon woven in tonight. I still have to put the tacking stitches in the back of the bootie so the ribbon won’t get pulled out.
