Notes

Although adapted, most of the lettering was already done here. It was my first major intarsia project, but it turned out to be really simple and only took about 3 hours.

I’ve uploaded a chart with the lettering, which you’re free to use, but please give me credit.

The project was a thank you gift for a British friend of mine who pastors a church in New Orleans, Lousiana, and invited my partner and I to stay over the summer. I wanted to give him something English, a bit twee, but somehow still very personal and this pattern just leapt out at me from what was on the page! I was really happy with how it turned out, and it was so simple to do; the hardest part of this gift was finding a tea pot in New Orleans!!
