This bird was knitted according to the pattern of the Yil birds, but I changed the wings. I have designed my own wings, knitting a paisley.

The nest is made of painted and rolled pieces of fabric (not paper!). The inside of the nest is made using coiling techniques with rolled strips of fabric.
