This yarn is made for this hat! The stitch definition is superb and the colour is the most amazing golden (non-green!) mustard. However, I could also easily imagine making the next one in Savannah (as suggested) - they have a beautiful colour scheme. With the amount of wear this is going to get it’s worth it splashing out on a really special skein.

I have a small head and very fine hair, so I am pleased to report that it fits (not too snug, but enough not to get paranoid about it blowing away).

Fun and very quick pattern - not sure why DPNs are suggested so early on in the pattern, so if you don’t like DPNs (like me), then you can definitely wait a couple of more rounds before getting round to it.
