For my third Rikke hat, I wanted a super fitted and less slouchy hat. I therefore used smaller needles and started decreases after just 7 inches (I have a small head). I thought it would make sense to show all 3 Rikke Hats together to illustrate just how personalised one can make them by using different yarn blends, sizing etc. I still prefer Tosh Merino DK for this hat though:).
