Did not do gauge because size wasn’t big concern.

Instructions easy to follow. Each row using different stitch makes this much less tedious to do; keeps your interest yet can do while vegging in front of the TV. It was very helpful to log the rows in a ledger, to keep track of which row I was on and how many sets yet to go. Gets really exciting when you see you are over half way and getting closer to the end.

Beautiful afghan. Love that vintage look. Can’t wait to do other 3 afghan patterns in book; but first will make this pattern in smaller scale using baby yarn. Niece receiving this afghan is having a baby so plan to make smaller version for new baby :). Both will be Christmas presents.
