After Part 1 (through R24), mine is 22” across the top from point to point (laid flat, not stretched) and 15” long. It was 34” wide across the top.
I decided to frog back to R18. This left the cowl at 26” across the top and 10.5” long. I skipped Part 2 and went on to the 5 rows of Lower Border & 3 rows of Top Edging.

Finished size: 21-1/2” wide x 15” long.

18 rows of body + 5 rows Lower Border + 3 rows Top Edging.

3 days to crochet (because it was a test knit and I had to wait for questions to be answered. Plus I started it late at night so didn’t get much done the first day. This could easily be done in a day.)

Frogged back to R18 (72 V’s)
