I changed the pattern a tiny bit and had 2 sts for the outside edge instead of 1. I made this second one for my friend Kate Contento because I wanted to see how it came out using “yarn-y” yarn instead of cotton yarn, which I don’t like at all. I like it much better using “yarn-y” yarn. She basically picked the colors (told me the colors she likes and I dug through my stash to find these).
