Finished size: 8” long x 10” across bottom.

I made the 1-3 years size because the bigger sizes came out way too big even for an adult. So I worked rounds 1-8 then went to R13. So my rounds were:
R9 (13), 10 (14), 11 (15)
R12 (13), 13 (14), 14 (15)
R15 (13), 16 (14), 17 (15)
R18 (13), 19 (14), 20 (15)
Then worked the Brim:
R21 (17), 22 (18), 23 (19), 24 (20)
