I worked rounds 1-21 as per the pattern, then repeated R18-21 as my rounds 22-25. Then worked pattern rounds 22 & 23 as my rounds 26 & 27. So basically I added an extra 4-round pattern repeat because it wasn’t long enough for me as written. If I were to make this again, I think I’d increase the hook size, since this hat made with the H/5mm hook fits just a wee bit tight, like a close-fitting beanie. I really like the pattern though, so I may just make another one.
