Finished size: 8” long x 10” across bottom.

I started with ch4 and worked R1 into the first chain. (Magic circle doesn’t work well with this yarn.)
Then I worked R1-6, skipped “optional R7” and continued on with R7-12 (with 18 V’s).

This is a nice pattern to work with difficult yarn (like LionBrand Homespun), since every round is worked in the ch-1 spaces, not into stitches.
