neck: knit 2” on size 6, 2” on size 7

Originally planned (and knit) to 8” (2”/size 6, 2”/size7, 4”/size 8), but the end result was too bulky and round on my neck. I would have needed to add several more stitches when picking up stitches in order to achieve a drapey cowl.
