My first gradient project. I pulled the yarn from the center of the ball to start with the green. I used all the colors and have about 20-30 yards of charcoal yarn left. This yarn is SOFT and has a rustic look which complements the pattern nicely.

I used a larger gauge needle but the instructions for the smaller gauge project, because I wanted a very lacy look that could still fit over my head. Also, I just used a basic cast off with a size 10 needle as the stretchy cast off recommended in the pattern was a little bulky for my taste. I wet-blocked over night and the points maintained their shape. Hooray!
