This is the prototype for my new pattern “tears of Pandrosos”. The pattern will be available on August 23, 2014.

I used an overweight skein of Madelinetosh TML Lolita and 65g ob Madelinetosh TML Curiosity as border. Actually I would have liked to make it in one color, so everybody should feel free to do so. I only chose two colors, because at Penelope Craft there was only one skein in Curiosity left. And I wanted that color badly for the project after seeing it. :D As I had beads that fitted nicely to the purple-ish gray, I decided to make it the color for the border.

Tears of Pandrosos is a multi-textured shawl with small cable and a border with a small lace patter, beads and slip stitches.
