Fingering yarn on size 2 - got gauge width-wise but 9 sts to an inch height… Ended up being 2 1/4” wide and 4” tall after fin/cuff.

Decided the fish Needed some lips, so picked up 10 (after grafting) and knit 4 rounds then BO loosely.
